This Week Feels Hopeless, Next Week Has No Expectations (2000)
Recorded this album while living with Jeremy. This album was written and recorded in order. Or, the song order is the order in which the songs were written. I wrote a song a day, and recorded it. Then spent the next months producing it. It is my most heavily produced album. At one point I know I used a full 16 tracks at once. It was really fun. I felt it was my best album at the time, because I spent so much time with production, annoying Jeremy with drums at 4 am, and trying to sound like Kid A as much as humanly possible. Once again, no one else really liked it. Mark Carruth, who I will always consider one of my greatest fans, and friends, really liked some of these songs. Bryan liked a couple too. That made me really happy.
